Dan has been in the brokerage business since 1968, and has held upper management positions (VP) with several retail brokers, working in every segment of the brokerage business. He began food service brokerage in 1987 with Custom Marketing, and started his own company in 1993. His area of expertise is in the protein segment of the industry. Dan works to foster relationships with the Military and regional chains in the San Antonio market. Dan has been married for 28 years, and has been blessed with 2 daughters and 7 grandchildren.
